  1. Comment from resident Harlin Savage:
This post is to share the draft transportation analysis prepared by Fox, Tuttle, and Hernandez consulting, and commissioned the University of Colorado Boulder. The analysis is part of the annexation process. The report is draft only and comments are welcomed by the city. The post links to the entire 360-page document of which the first 24 pages are a narrative summary.

Our Martin Acres neighbors are also very concerned about negative traffic impacts to their neighborhood. To that end, the 800-member Martin Acres Neighborhood Association (MANA) has already submitted comments.

As Tantra Park will also be significantly affected, I thought it would be appropriate to submit comments as well. Tantra Park residents may like to have the opportunity to read the documents and sign onto the comments. If you agree with the comments, then pleasde add you name to the list at the end of the memo. If you want to sign but would like to add or edit something, let me know, and we’ll work it out.

I hope you find this information useful. Remember, annexation is not a done deal, and now is the time to speak up.

I will email the comments on Friday so let me know by noon that day if you want to participate.
    with warm regards,
