NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEMBERS’ MEETING

Monday, December 15 at 6:00 p.m.

Call for nominations of SC7HOA Board Members:

The SC7HOA Board of Directors has openings for three Board members.

All homeowners are eligible. Terms are 3 years. Duties include attending

quarterly Board meetings (about 1-2 hours each), responding to inquiries in

the interim, and participating in review and approval of architectural review

requests and other Board business.

SC7HOA officers (President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and

Landscaping Coordinator) are elected annually by the Board of Directors at

the organizational meeting of each new Board, and each shall hold office

for a period of one year. Upon an affirmative vote of the Board taken at the

annual meeting, the Treasurer shall refund individually to the Secretary,

Treasurer, and Landscaping Coordinator the previous year’s assessment if

any such Officer has satisfactorily completed the Officer’s duties during the

previous year.
